It laregly depends on what I need it for. For business work, I go for Red-Hat Enterprise or Oracle Enterprise. For home (& cutting edge), for me Fedora ticks all the boxes. Knoppix is great for getting a windows desktop out of trouble, and is always worth keeping a copy around. I also keep an copy of DSL on a small USB pen drive, just in case …
