Migration to Github.
Originally the reason for setting up this project on Bettercodes was the possibility to keep a project private, which was not available on other project hosting platforms.
Since MyExpenses is now a public project, two shortcomings of Bettercodes lead me investigate alternatives: lack of issue tracking and the requirement to register for accessing project information.

1.4.5.2 corrects problems with change in device orientation, and adds tutorials in French and German

Unfortunately, in 1.4.5 the upload via email or ftp did not work, corrected in 1.4.5.1

In git there is experimental code for exporting data into a spreadsheet on Google docs. Anybody interested in trying that out?

1.4.5 released with support for sending QIF file through email and reduced memory footprint (Proguard)

In the source code there are now some unit and functional tests.

1.4.4 published with ftp download done as async task, and default account set up in user’s language and currency

1.4.3 published with fix for strange parsing of amounts in German locale and with ftp upload of QIF files

I have published version 1.4.1, with a bug fix for the ”Edit account” activity, where the opening balance was not stored. Also amounts are now interpreted according to the user’s locale setting (i.e. . or , as delimiter) and validated.
